We’ve created a plugin for the common blogging platform, WordPress, so that you can easily add in the Diagonal Banner code into your blog. It’s currently available for download on the WordPress DOWNLOAD PAGE for the plugin.
Below are some instructions on installing and setting up the Plugin, which are also found in the ReadMe text file in the download:
(1) Upload the ‘diagonalbanner.php’ file to your ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory via FTP software or online.
(2) Activate the Diagonal Advertising Banner Plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in the WordPress Admin panel.
(3) Once activated, click on the “Diagonal Banner” link on the left menu under “Settings.”
(4) Under Basic Options, use the dropdown menu to allow the Plugin to be “Enabled.”
(5) Follow the instructions at the top of the page.
(6) If you are having problems installing, please also read the ReadMe text file, included in the download, especially the answer to the Frequently Asked Question.
